Meet Danielle
With over 15 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals of weight loss, weight maintenance, and muscle gain while improving their relationships with food. My approach focuses on building sustainable habits, such as increasing protein and fiber intake, staying active throughout the day, and incorporating strength training into your lifestyle.
I discovered the benefits of counting macros over a decade ago and fell in love with the “all foods fit” philosophy. Now, as a busy mom of 3, I’m able to achieve my fitness goals while enjoying pizza and ice cream with the kids and date nights with my husband. My expertise in macro tracking helps clients find balance and enjoy their diets without deprivation.
I enjoy lifting weights, cooking, spending time at the beach with my family, and playing the piano in my free time. Currently, I am expanding my knowledge by completing a Menopause Coaching Specialist Certification.
