Recently I asked my email list what questions they had about Forward Forever, my 6-week nutrition and fitness program with Alex Thieme. I want you to be able to join Forward Forever feeling fully informed as to what this program is, what it can do for you, and what you can expect from joining.


How much does Forward Forever cost?

The initial registration for Forward Forever costs $250. This is cost of your first 6 week cycle and includes access to EatLove, workout programs through EverFit, 6 weeks of educational lessons, our app that holds our group chat, our Forward Forever Macro Calculator, Zoom calls, and more.

I am currently enrolled in Forward Forever, do I need to register for another cycle to continue on after my 6 weeks?

Nope! Once you’ve completed the first 6 week cycle of Forward Forever, you do not need to register for another Forward Forever cycle. Instead, if you are interested in continuing on with the program you can join the Forward Forever membership for $50/month. Joining the membership keeps you an active member of Forward Forever (meaning you still get EatLove, the workouts, the Zoom calls, and everything else you enjoyed about Forward Forever) and grants you access to brand new deep dives and digital downloads.

Is Forward Forever only 6 weeks long?

When you register for Forward Forever you are committing to a 6 week program, however once the initial 6 weeks wrap up, you’ll have the opportunity to join the Forward Forever membership for $50/month to continue on.

Who is this program designed for?

This program is designed for everyone. The beauty of Forward Forever is that we provide you the education and tools you need to adapt to your own life, we have men and women of all ages seeing great success within Forward Forever.

Is there a workout component included in Forward Forever?

Yes! Alex Thieme provides an efficient and effective workout program that requires only a pair of adjustable dumbbells (or dumbbells of various weights) and an adjustable bench.

Are there Cardio suggestions?

We recommend doing cardio that you enjoy in addition to the workouts included, but it is not currently programmed for you. There are some suggestion/sample cardio ideas for you to try out in the app.

Can I do the strength training programs at any gym? At home?

You can perform the strength training workouts from anywhere you have access to adjustable dumbbells (or dumbbells of various weights) and an adjustable bench!

I’m not much of a cook, are there beginner-friendly recipes on EatLove?

The beauty of EatLove is that there are thousands of recipes, spanning from quick and easy dinners to more elaborate dishes. You don’t have to be a 5-star chef to find meals you can not only make, but also enjoy.

What if I have dietary restrictions? Can EatLove accommodate those?

Definitely! Whether you have food allergies/intolerances, dietary restrictions, or just foods you don’t like - EatLove can accommodate it all!

Do you provide specific meal plans?

You’ll get a meal plan based on your calorie and macro targets and food preferences/restrictions through EatLove. You can then make swaps, search for new recipes to try, or stick to meals you already know and love. Forward Forever is all about building habits and adjusting your current lifestyle in order to achieve your goals, so you get to decide whether you try out every recipe from EatLove, use it as meal inspiration on occasion, or if you’d rather adjust your current favorite meals to match your calorie and macro targets.

I’m on vacation during part of the program, can I still join? Will I miss out on information?

We would love for you to still join (and share vacation pics in our group chat!), all educational lessons are pre-recorded so you can watch them whenever works best for you. The only scheduled/live events are our Zoom calls that occur during week one and week six of the program. These Zoom calls will still be recorded and available for you to watch back at your leisure.
